TODD PINKSTON
PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Todd brings 20 years of experience in adventure ministry. Beginning in 2005, he has served as guide, Base Camp Coordinator and Speaker/Trainer for Young Life’s Wilderness Ranch. He has a Masters in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. With over two decades of ministry experience, he is passionate about catalyzing transformation amongst mission driven leaders. Todd is married to Erin and they have a daughter, Hadley, and two sons, Tripp and Beckett. During the off season, Todd engages in speaking and training sessions with leaders to enhance their impact.
ERIN PINKSTON
DIRECTOR OF EXPERIENCE
Erin is a co-founder of WayForward. She served as the Director of Communications for Edify and Marketing Manager with Halftime. She brings extensive knowledge of branding and communication in the non-profit space. Erin received her B.S. in Business Marketing from Univ. of Central Arkansas in 2006. She is married to Todd and they have three children.
MATT FLEMING
CAMP DIRECTOR
Matt serves as Camp Director at WayForward Adventures, where he is passionate about helping people encounter God through meaningful conversation, outdoor adventure, and authentic community. He holds a Master’s degree in Animal Science from Tarleton State University, which strengthened his understanding of stewardship and the beauty of the natural world. Matt is married to his incredible wife, and together they are raising three wild, wonderful kids. He loves leading teams, building strong leaders, and walking alongside others as lives are transformed in Christ.
TAYLOR LEAR
COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Taylor brings 10 years of administrative experience and enjoys bringing organization, development, and support to a team environment. With extensive involvement in camp ministry organizations, she is passionate about people having the opportunity to experience Jesus through community and God’s creation. Taylor graduated from Texas Tech University in 2012 with a BS in Human Development and Family Studies. She is married to Hunter and they are raising two adventurous kids and their border collie sidekick in the beautiful San Juan Mountains.
