Application Process... After your form is submitted, a WayForward staff member will contact you to discuss your trip dates, details and price. All prices are based on a 7 person minimum. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit reserves your week. The deposit can be made by one organization or through multiple individuals. Contracts must be signed within 14 days. The WayForward contract specifies the payment plan and your itinerary for the week. Failure to submit a signed contract with deposit within 14 days will result in the week being reopened up to other groups.
